Hace un mes reservamos el hotel entero para toda mi familia y todos pasamos un par de noches bastante cómodos en el hotel, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones 10/10. Las batas muy suaves y muebles muy bellos. El restaurante también se lleva 5 estrellas porque tienen desayunos, comida y cocteles deliciosos. Lo mejor de la región.

El hotel es excelente. La única problema es que nuestra puerta no cerró con llave, a causa de los electrónicos (todo es nuevo en el hotel, y somos los primeros huéspedes, así que pensé que era normal tener unas dificultades técnicas). Pero el personal era muy amable y servicial, y supongo que ahora han reparado el problema. El restaurante está en el hotel y la comida es rica y de buena precio. La ubicación es conveniente porque está solo una cuadra del zócalo.
Es muy bonito, limpio, aceptables los precios. No pase al restaurante pero ví su menú muy antojable.
Muy limpio el lugar, agradable, la atención y el personal muy bien. Precios bien el único pero son las porciones, siento q en algunos platillos que pedimos era poca la ración y el agua de horchata con mucho asiento. De ahí en fuera todo bien.
Excelente comida muy buena y todo muy rico. Lo malo es que ya no hay tanta variedad en el menú como lo había antes y subieron mucho los precios y ahora los platillos están mucho más caros por la inflación. Deberían al menos regresar a tener la variedad que tenían. Las cenas navideñas que preparan cada año están excelentes!
